It’s Okay to Feel Overwhelmed

Sometimes days are hard. Work is stressful, your car breaks down, someone gives you a bad glance, someone says something to you that makes you feel bad. It's okay to feel like life is pressuring you and knocking you down.


What you must remember is that, you are in control of how you talk to yourself. We are mentally stronger than we can be physically. The way that you speak to yourself has a bigger impact than what others say to you or what happens to you in the 3-D world.


Only you can decide if you are going to let these motherfuckers keep you down. It's okay to fall and it's okay to trip, but it's not okay to stay on the floor. Pick yourself back up, brush off the [insignificant] words of others, and carry on.


Practice a self-soothing mantra, such as "I am smart, kind and important"


You got this. You are a beautiful human being. And the world wants to see you thrive.
