You ever have those days you are crying an awful lot or yelling at your homegirl/homeboy for no exact reason. Afterwards you get so worked up you find it hard to breathe. It took you no more than 10 seconds to get to this state. Well this method, we want to provide, is quick and easy.
5-3-5 Method
Breathe in slowly for 5 counts
Hold your breathe for 3 counts
Breathe out slowly for 5 counts
Repeat this process until you slow down your heartbeat
