The 10 Second Panic

You ever have those days you are crying an awful lot or yelling at your homegirl/homeboy for no exact reason. Afterwards you get so worked up you find it hard to breathe. It took you no more than 10 seconds to get to this state. Well this method, we want to provide, is quick and easy.


5-3-5 Method

  1. Breathe in slowly for 5 counts

  2. Hold your breathe for 3 counts

  3. Breathe out slowly for 5 counts

  4. Repeat this process until you slow down your heartbeat
