In an article by the World Green Tea Association states that, "Dried 10g green tea contains 2,200mg potassium, 44mg calcium, and 20mg iron" which is proven to be a great source to your breakfast, lunch, or even dinner preparations.

Calcium:

  • Keeps your bones strong

  • Helps the heart, muscle, and nerves function properly

  • Help maintain weight

  • Lowers PMS

  • Strengthens teeth

Potassium:

  • Helps regulate fluid balance

  • May help reduce blood pressure

  • May reduce water retention
